  • Investor Relations Associate

    Own first-touch conversations with prospective and active investors.

    You will support onboarding, inquiry follow-up, and clear communication around process and documentation. Strong writing, discretion, and comfort with bilingual (English/Spanish) conversations are a plus.

  • Real Estate Analyst

    Full-timeSan Diego, CA

    Underwrite deals and help the team pressure-test assumptions before capital is committed.

    You will build models, review market comps, and prepare internal memos. This role suits someone who is precise with numbers and clear in written recommendations.
